Londra chiama tutti gli artisti più hot del momento al grande evento musicale dell’anno! MTV ha annunciato oggi tutte le nomination degli MTV EMAs 2017, con l’icona pop globale Taylor Swift in testa al gruppo.
Taylor Swift ha infatti collezionato 6 nomination tra cui Best Video per il suo video dei record Look What You Made Me Do che ha debuttato ad agosto proprio durante i VMAs di MTV, seguita da Shawn Mendes con cinque nomination tra cui Best Song e Best Artist, in quest’ultima categoria si contendono entrambi l’award. Kendrick Lamar e Ed Sheeran hanno ricevuto quattro nomination ciascuno, tra cui Best Artist e Best Local Act per i loro rispettivi Paesi (Best US Act e Best UK & Ireland Act). Il singolo di grande successo di Sheeran, Shape of You, è in nomination anche come Best Song, insieme al brano in testa alle classifiche di DJ Khaled Wild Thoughts, alla hit pop di Shawn Mendes There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back, all’inno dell’estate di Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee Despacito remix featuring Justin Bieber e al mega successo pop dei Clean Bandit, Rockabye.

Gli MTV EMAs 2017 verranno trasmessi in diretta in tutto il mondo, domenica 12 novembre dalla SSE Arena di Wembley a Londra. In Italia, lo show sarà trasmesso in esclusiva su MTV (canale 133 di Sky) a partire dalle ore 21.00. Il video è stato svelato attraverso le piattaforme digital globali di MTV e alcuni media partner. La scorsa settimana MTV aveva annunciato Rita Ora come presentatrice e performer dell’evento. Rita Ora è anche in nomination nella categoria Best Look.
